Field Technician – Environmental Services

Bluffton Aeration Service, Inc. is a locally owned environmental service company seeking a reliable and motivated Field Technician to join our team. This position can be full-time or part-time and offers the opportunity to work outdoors, operate equipment, and provide essential services to our community.

Pay: $25–$30 per hour starting pay (depending on experience)
What You’ll Do:
- Drive company trucks on scheduled service routes
- Perform environmental service work in the field
- Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and repairs
- Complete general hands-on and manual labor tasks
- Work with a team to provide reliable service to customers
No experience in this specific field? No problem. We provide training to help you succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Motivated and dependable individuals
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
- Basic handyman or mechanical abilities are a plus
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Class B or Class A CDL is a bonus (not required)
